We start selling Oktoberfest reservations even before our suppliers receive the reservation and before the marquee operator allocates and sends out the reservation documents. We are thereby obliged to provide our customers with the reservation ordered. If we are unable to procure the reservation ordered, you are entitled in particular to a refund of the purchase price. As an independent secondary market provider, we do not receive all the reservations that we offer on our website directly from the marquee operator, but from people who have purchased them from the marquee operator. The reservation confirmation and/or admission ticket/band contains the name of the first person to make the reservation and cannot be transferred to your name and is personalized to the 1st purchaser. Please note that the organizer or the respective festival tent may refuse admission in the event of violations of its general terms and conditions, in particular in the case of personalized tickets and their purchase from sources other than those authorized by the organizer. If you are refused admission, you are entitled to a full refund.

Including vouchers for 2 x Maß beer and 1 x ½ chicken per person.

The stated start times of the reservations vary depending on the tent area and cannot be changed. The official reservation times must be strictly adhered to. Otherwise, free places will be allocated to other guests. For this reason, please allow sufficient time for your arrival.
- Midday: Start 10:00 - 13:00 - End approx. 16:00
- Evening: Start 15:30 - 18:00 - End 23:00
