We start selling the Oktoberfest reservations before we receive the reservation from our suppliers and before the reservation documents are issued and sent by the marquee operator. We are therefore obliged to provide our customers with the ordered reservation. If we are not able to procure the ordered reservation you are entitled to a full refund. As an independent secondary market ticket provider, we do not receive the reservations from the marquee operator, but from people who have purchased a certain number of reservations from the marquee operator. The reservation confirmation and/or entry ticket/entry wristband contains the name of the first customer and cannot be changed to your name. The transferability of Oktoberfest table reservation is legally controversial. Should there be any issue when visiting the beer hall, our customer service is at your disposal.

*The start of the reservation may vary according to the tent area. You will find the binding times when you receive the official reservation documents.

The official reservation times must be strictly adhered to. Otherwise, free seats will be given to other guests. For this reason, we point out that you have enough time to plan your arrival.
