zum Onlineshop + 49 89 231414718We start selling the Oktoberfest reservations before we receive the reservation from our suppliers and before the reservation documents are issued and sent by the marquee operator. We are therefore obliged to provide our customers with the ordered reservation. If we are not able to procure the ordered reservation you are entitled to a full refund. As an independent secondary market ticket provider, we do not receive the reservations from the marquee operator, but from people who have purchased a certain number of reservations from the marquee operator. The reservation confirmation and/or entry ticket/entry wristband contains the name of the first customer and cannot be changed to your name. The transferability of Oktoberfest table reservation is legally controversial. Should there be any issue when visiting the beer hall, our customer service is at your disposal.
On the stroke of midday on September 17, 2022, Munich’s Lord Mayor will once again declare “O’zapft is!” as he hammers a tap into the first keg of beer to kick off the 187th Oktoberfest. Long queues already form in the early morning in front of the entrances to the fourteen large beer tents in eager anticipation of another two weeks of fun and festbier. Competition for the sought-after free places within the tents begins when they open their doors to the masses at 9:00 am.
No tickets for the Oktoberfest? Get ready for disappointment…
Oktoberfest visitors will occasionally be confronted by signs at the entrances to the large beer tents declaring that admittance is temporarily restricted due to overcrowding – something that’s not uncommon by late morning on the popular weekends. Depending on the time and weekday, the tent proprietors are able to fill the majority of seating in their beer tents with reservations. Finding a seat with no Oktoberfest table reservation is then difficult – and almost impossible if you want to sit together in a large group.
